A 4-week somatic practice series for queer and trans folks carrying grief, rage, numbness, or disconnection.
This space centers the experience of moving through the world in bodies that are often surveilled, misunderstood, or harmed, and offers a place to soften, reconnect, and build trust within yourself and alongside others.
Together, we’ll explore boundaries, body trust, pleasure, and safety through gentle, trauma-informed practices.
This series includes optional, consent-based partnered and small group practices. You’re welcome to attend with a friend, partner, or loved one, or come on your own and be gently paired or participate solo. There is no expectation to engage beyond what feels supportive for you.
Over four weeks, we’ll move through themes of:
grounding in connection with self
unpacking social narratives shaping our relationships with self and others
rebuilding trust in the body after harm
pleasure as a practice of softness, aliveness, and possibility
Held during Pride month, this series offers a space beyond celebration for rest, reflection, and being held in the fullness of your experience.
All partnered practices are guided with clear consent frameworks, and you are always free to opt in or out.
Pricing: Pricing is sliding scale. Choose the rate that feels honest for your access to resources. Higher tiers help sustain this work and expand access. Lower tiers exist so more people can be here. If cost is a barrier, send me an email and we’ll work something out.
Location: NW Austin, Anderson Mill/Lake Creek [full location will be given after registration]
