Unarmoring - A Relational Somatic Series (Starting in June)

from $60.00

A 4-week somatic practice series for queer and trans folks carrying grief, rage, numbness, or disconnection.

This space centers the experience of moving through the world in bodies that are often surveilled, misunderstood, or harmed, and offers a place to soften, reconnect, and build trust within yourself and alongside others.

Together, we’ll explore boundaries, body trust, pleasure, and safety through gentle, trauma-informed practices.

This series includes optional, consent-based partnered and small group practices. You’re welcome to attend with a friend, partner, or loved one, or come on your own and be gently paired or participate solo. There is no expectation to engage beyond what feels supportive for you.

Over four weeks, we’ll move through themes of:

  • grounding in connection with self

  • unpacking social narratives shaping our relationships with self and others

  • rebuilding trust in the body after harm

  • pleasure as a practice of softness, aliveness, and possibility

Held during Pride month, this series offers a space beyond celebration for rest, reflection, and being held in the fullness of your experience.

All partnered practices are guided with clear consent frameworks, and you are always free to opt in or out.

Logistics and Pricing Information:
